Welcome and thank you for visiting www.jeffreyhklink.com.  Nearly two score years ago, Jeffrey Klink began his legal career as a Navy JAG Corps officer stationed at Mayport, Florida, primarily representing active duty personnel accused of crimes under the UCMJ.  After three+ years on active duty, he left to join the the statewide Florida firm of then Mahoney, Hadlow & Adams in 1976. Initially as an associate and starting in 1979 as a shareholder, he represented employers in state and federal trial and appellate courts including the U.S. Supreme Court.  In early 1982, sadly the Jacksonville office of the Mahoney firm dissolved and the implosion gave Jeffrey Klink the impetus to start his own practice, representing employees in all manner of employment and civil rights litigation, and Jeffrey H. Klink, P.A. (Professional Association) was formed.

Since 1982 his firm has practiced in federal and state courts and at times in partnership with other professional associations in Miami, Tampa, and Jacksonville.   Throughout this period his primary civil litigation focus has remained on the representation of individuals in employment, labor, and civil rights cases in judicial as well as administrative forums. A sampling of his cases since 1976 have included: age discrimination, race discrimination, sex discrimination, sexual harassment, discrimination based on religion or disability, retaliation for complaints of discrimination or other protected conduct such as whistle-blower activities, constitutional claims (e.g., due process, First and Fourth Amendments), torts (e.g., battery, slander, negligence), contracts and severance agreements, non-compete disputes, civil service terminations or appeal proceedings, and claims for unemployment compensation benefits --  in short all variety of statutory, constitutional, or common law claims.

Throughout his legal career, Jeffrey Klink has warmly embraced his ethical obligations to make the legal system accessible to all and provided pro bono counseling and legal representation to those unable to afford an attorney.  Over the years, the practice of law has changed, arguably becoming more a business and less a true profession.  Jeffrey Klink continues his run against that wind, providing attentive service and representation to clients with integrity and professionalism.

No guarantees of particular success can or should be made by any attorney and ultimately no one's case is better than the facts, evidence, or law allow. If you have a problem or possible case which you believe could benefit from Jeffrey Klink's assistance, you are welcome to contact him at: jhklink@gmail.com  or  jeff@www.jeffreyhklink.com, Tel: 904.384.3855, Address: 2319 Oak Street, Jacksonville, FL 32204.  Fees for consultations or case reviews are reduced or sometimes waived if circumstances warrant. Fees for legal representation depend upon the client and case and can be flexibly structured to fit those circumstances.  Court costs and expenses are in addition to fees.  Thank you for your interest.  If you have any suggestions for making this website more useful, please feel free to share them with Jeffrey Klink.
